Summer Speed Training: Wednesday Nights

REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 10th!

Summer Speed & Agility Training will be 6 weeks long. Athletes can train on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. These sessions are great for athletes in all sports. We will work on proper running mechanics, agility, cutting, acceleration, coordination, deceleration, jumping, landing, reaction and conditioning. We work hard and have fun while doing it! Athletes need to be able to follow instructions and pay attention for the duration of the training. No horseplay will be tolerated. If you have a concern about whether or not your athlete can follow instructions for the 60 min class, please email me at Jess@xponentperformance.com.

Training Dates:

Tuesday: May 28th, June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2

5-6pm: ages 7-9 yrs old

6-7pm: 10-12 yrs old

7-8 pm: Highschool

Wednesday: May 29th, June 5, 12, 19, 26, July 3

5-6pm: ages 7-9 yrs old

6-7pm: 10-12 yrs old

7-8 pm: Highschool Group

Cost:

Training 1 night a week (Tues or Wed) for 6 weeks: $150

Training 2 nights a week (Tues & Weds) for 6 weeks: $300.

Classes are not prorated, Limited Spots
