Summer Speed Training: JUNE & JULY- Tuesday Nights

Summer Speed & Agility Training will be 6 weeks long. These sessions are great for athletes in all sports. We will work on multi-directional speed training, proper running mechanics, agility, cutting, acceleration, coordination, deceleration, jumping, landing, reaction and conditioning. We work hard and have fun while doing it! Athletes need to be able to follow instructions and pay attention for the duration of the training. No horseplay will be tolerated. If you have a concern about whether or not your athlete can follow instructions for the 60 min class, please email me at Jess@xponentperformance.com. Refunds are not given as I have limited spots so please check dates to make sure it works.

Tuesday: June 2, 9, 23, 30, July 7, 14

7-8 pm: 10-12 yrs old

8-9 pm: 13+ Highschool
