“Always excited for the next session”

Coach Jess has trained our oldest daughter for the past 4 years, our 2nd oldest daughter for the past 2, and both of their strength, agility, and speed has increased dramatically.  Both of our daughters were 9 when they first started with Jess, and they are always excited for the next session, as they both notice the results that follow.  Coach Jess is an obvious expert with soccer, strength, and agility training.  Besides this expertise, she has a great bond with the kids and takes the time to learn how to best motivate each child.  Our 7 year old son will actually start doing Coach Jess' sessions this winter, and we know he will love it just as much as his sisters do.  We are often asked by other parents that notice the development of our kid's strength and speed, and we always refer them to Jess.
